"The location to Snow Summit is unbeatable. It's literally at the end of the complex, a stones throw from the entrance. It was a nice, modern townhouse of 2 levels. Close to the village. each room has a large smart tv, The fireplace made it feel so cozy. It was great having a bathroom to share between the 2 room and a 2nd toilet upstairs by the lounge room & kitchen. There was a tea kettle (as well as coffee) which as a tea drinker I appreciate. Close to restaurants, the village and supermarkets. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Parking is right outside the door. There are screens outside the doors so you can easily leave the doors open for some fresh air on both levels (off the living room or the master bedroom). The shower pressure was great, lots of spare blankets and towels. A washer and dryer if needed. Love it. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area."

There was also a washer and dryer, which was a huge plus if you're staying for a long time!"

The only cons I have are the kitchen was upstairs it was a little inconvenient bringing groceries up and down stairs but not a deal breaker. And this is probably personal preference but the master bed was hard but again not a deal breaker."

One thing is a boiler next to the main bedroom is a bit noisy in the nighttime but I became used to be with because this time was my 4th visit. You’d better to bring your ear plugs if you’re sensitive to the noise as same as my husband does. An owner Chase is so honest who responds right away to our questions anytime. "I was visiting Big Bear to go skiing, enjoy the mountains, and visit The Village.
I found the check-in to be smooth - the communications and the entry into the unit was automated, and the location of the unit was easy to find.
The unit itself had nice fun modern decorations, and had all the amenities i needed, even a washer & dryer which came in handy once during my visit.
The unit was adjacent to Snow Summit, so it was convenient because i went skiing. And then i visited The Village in the evenings which was close by. Grocery stores are in the opposite direction, and close by also.
I had a great visit, and plan to stay here again."

It was surprising how noisy it got from 11pm to 1am (both nights) when Snow Summit starts to clean up the parking lot with snow. Those trucks were super loud.

"Wonderful accommodations that could not be any closer to the slopes. Sparkling clean. Looks like it recently had a makeover in a modern style. Spacious and bright. We went in the spring when the price was low, so I can't account for how the price compares during peak season."

The master bedroom is very comfy with a king bed. The other bedroom is great for a group of kids (bunkbed+double)"
